Habib Al-Jifri in defence of the lunatic Nazim Shirk Haqqani

Absolutely disgusting, no doubt about that, for how biased must one be and how weak and humiliated must one be to defend the likes of Shirk Haqqani who promote  breakdance etc. in the name of Islam and Tasawwuf just for the sake of luring some youth into ‘Islam’ (i.e. Sufism)?! This is the heresy the likes of Nazim promote and Al-Jifri defends (the later in the name of ‘respecting difference of opinion’ etc.):

and here the famous break dance:

As for the Kufriyat of the Naqshbandis and their ‘Imam’, the lunatic of Cyprus, Shirk Haqqani and his outraging statements that Al-Jifri tries to belittle and underestimate (the level of Kufr and nonsense) then take a look at these clips and be the judge:

Nazim Al-Haqqani Al-Naqshbandi seriously claims he talked to the Prophet (صل الله عليه و سلم) over the phone!

Now Al-Jifri calls the above a ‘lie’ . On what basis is it a lie? This charlatan Nazim asked AlJazeera TV for 10 million dollars and wanted them to make  a promotion show for Sufism. If its not true and he didnt ask for 10 million, let him go to court. You know why he can’t? Because AlJazeera has the emails. AlJazeera just reported what he himself said and Nazim can’t do a thing because he knows everything has been recorded (or has been written down in a protocol).

Here the full docu where you can ‘enlighten’ yourselves by witnessing how Sufis bring non-Muslims to ‘Islam’ (in the UK) and how he has the audicaty to ask for huge sums (the ‘humble’ Sufi master!):

And here more Kufriat of this mad-man. The following one is blatant kufr, something we haven’t even seen from the Rafidah clergy. Here he claims “the pen has been lifted” and since the age of 80 he is no longer accountable for sin, and may swear freely and that its a sign of his “sainthood” ( wilaya ).

We seek refute in Allah from this Shaytan and his Zandaqah!

His Arabic is very weak (broken) to begin with, and therefore hard to understand  (which makes us wonder how he could be qualified for ijtihaad to begin with). The way he speaks in an unclear manner at such an age, adds to this and makes it even harder. Although translation was a challenge and the video had to be listened to over 20 times, one can understand what is said very clearly.

What he says is certainly nothing new to the Sufi culture, or his writings. Such statements have been recorded by many, many Sufis throughout history, so I see it as an extension of a very old concept. Its just interesting to see it on video, someone actually saying it, as opposed to reading about it in a book.

What’s also interesting is the idea of a Sufi Master swearing and using really bad language whilst Sufism is supposed to be about purifying the soul and all that good stuff. However, again, going back to Sufi writings from the past centuries, we are not surprised at all. It seems that there it is just a beautiful sounding concept on the outside, but once you get deeper into it, you get to see the darker side. If you do not question, think, or ask questions, then maybe you’d get promoted a rank or two. Then some get to the point where they learn “secrets” they aren’t supposed to share with the general public, and become higher in rank and maybe lead a Sufi order, keeping those “secrets” away from the public!

It’s quite similar to the Rafidah Mushriks who try hard to deny the existence of Ibn Saba’ (their spiritual father) and many heresies in their cult:

Anyway, such Sufi beliefs/practices have nothing to do with authentic Islam. It’s just a matter of using religion to manipulate people, and make them willingly rent their minds out!. And although humbleness is stressed upon in Sufism, it seems that the Masters don’t really have such humble qualities and don’t like being questioned, preferring followers who’d just close their eyes, block their brains, and just listen.

As for Al-Jifri’s and all Sufis pathetic excuses and justifications of introducing dancing and even break-dance into Islam and call it a form of worship then let us provide you with some unique material (in the English language).

Know – may Allah have mercy upon you – that In Hinduism (and Sikhism) dancing, singing/chanting and using instruments (like ‘Christians’) is an essential part of their religion same just as it is for the later heretical Sufis. Imam Ibn Al-Jawzi (whom the Sufis claim to follow merely due to him having referred positively about Tasawwuf/Sufism, although the Tasawwuf/Sufism he meant was the purification of the soul/Zuhud/Tarbiyyah etc. and not the heresies of many Sufis in his time – that he rejected – and the later Sufis ) said in صيد الخاطر page 15

و قد إنعقد إجتماع العلماء أن من إدعى الرقص قربه إلى الله تعالى كفر

‘There is an Ij’ma’ amongst the scholars that whosoever claims that “dancing” is a source and mean of developing spiritual relations with Allah has comitted Kufr (disbelief).’

Imam al-Juwaini said:

والرَّقْص ليس محرَم العين، وإنما هو حركات على استقامة أو اعوجاج، ولكن كثيره يَخْرِم المروءة،

‘Dancing is not prohibited by itself as it is movements; straight and twisted ones. However, the much of it is a defect in the character of one’s manhood” (Nihayet al-Matlab: 12138).

Ibn ‘Abdissalam said: ‘Only those with defects in their minds dance, and it is only suitable for women

الرَّقْصُ لَا يَتَعَاطَاهُ إلَّا نَاقِصُ الْعَقْلِ، وَلَا يَصْلُحُ إلَّا لِلنِّسَاءِ.

Scholars made a difference between a person involved into dhikr but due to his overwhelming with it, he stood up and danced and a person who dances intentionally while performing dhikr (this is what Sufis do, they literally COME TOGETHER to perform so called ‘Hadras’/dances). Also, dancing that scholars used to refer to is the type that does not indicate acts simulating women and it is only excused when one does it without being able to help it. This is why Al-Sharbinni said:  ‘Most of who dance do not dance due to an overwhelming state of heart due to dhikr.’

That is why Ibn Abdissalam said…. (the part above).” [Mughni al-Muhtaaj: 6/350].

So there is no doubt that dancing as a tradition and a way of worship as Sufis do is prohibited and rejected by the Shari’a.

As for the invalid Qiyas Al-Jifri (and all Sufis) do when it comes to justifying their disgusting and self-humiliating practices, then there is one Hadith they normally quote:

“I visited the Prophet, Allah bless and greet him, with Ja`far (ibn Abi Talib) and Zayd (ibn Haritha). The Prophet, Allah bless and greet him, said to Zayd: “You are my freedman” (anta mawlay), whereupon Zayd began to hop on one leg around the Prophet (hajala). The Prophet, Allah bless and greet him, then said to Ja`far: “You resemble me in my creation and my manners” (ashbahta khalqi wa- khuluqi), whereupon Ja`far began to hop behind Zayd. The Prophet, Allah bless and greet him, then said to me: “You are part of me and I am part of you” (anta minni wa-ana mink) whereupon I began to hop behind Ja`far.”

[ in many sources, such as Musnad al-Imam Ahmad, 1.108, with a sound / hasan chain of transmission ]

The hadith they use says that out of joy Zayd started jumping around on one leg, this was because the Prophet – sallallahu alayhi wa sallam – praised him, but Sufis dance while making dhikr of Allah, i.e. these are two different things, they can’t be compared. The first is not an act of worship, while the second is, besides the great scholars of the Ahl Al-Sunnah like Imam Al-Qurtubi said in his commentary on Surah 8:35:

SOURCE

Basically Imam Al-Qurtubi used this verse as evidence against the Sufis. He says this dancing is an imitation of the kuffar of Mecca. Al-Qurtubi compares the Jahils among the Sufis (like Al-Jifri, Nazim etc.) to the Mushriks of the Quraysh who used to dance (naked) around the Kaaba etc. He literally does that, he says those SUFIS who DANCE are like (their deeds are similar) to the MUSHRIKS of Quraysh!

Lastly, here a DETAILED refutation and explanation of all narrations and so called opinions of scholars the heretic Sufis recently spread on the web in English language:

– Detailed Refutation of Dancing in dhikr

– Classical Malikis condemned the Sufis. The great Maliki scholar Abi Faaris Al-Qayrawaani (d. 750 A.H.) passed out a fatwa condemning them

– Ibn Hajar al-Asqalanee about dancing and singing of the Sufis
